Personal Injury Law

During the course of my legal career I have represented numerous applicants before the many Zoning Boards throughout the shore area. Wills, POAs, Estates
Having a Will is one of the most important things you can do. It ensures that your money, possessions and property go to the people of your choice when you die. If you die without a Will (intestate), you lose that control and the court will decide how your assets are distributed in accordance with the laws of the State. So if you do not have a Will, give us a call. Do it for yourself and your loved ones.
Likewise, a Power of Attorney is important because it allows you to appoint a trusted person to handle your affairs in case you do not have the ability to do so.

Municipal Court
Municipal courts handle matters from traffic tickets to more serious offenses. If you have received a violation notice or traffic ticket you should consult an attorney.
